Enterprise Product & AI Transformation Lead
Lead cross-functional enterprise product and transformation delivery across product configuration, pricing, product data and connected business systems, translating operational needs into requirements, controls and release outcomes.
- Own requirements-to-release delivery across discovery, process analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependency mapping, UAT, regression evidence, stakeholder sign-off and production readiness.
- Coordinate end-to-end validation across UI, middleware, PLM/Windchill, SAP, product data and downstream fulfillment flows, surfacing integration gaps and driving issues to resolution.
- Design controls, reporting and automation that reduce manual effort while improving repeatability, traceability and decision visibility across recurring delivery cycles.
- Apply enterprise process context to AI-enabled workflow design by keeping deterministic systems authoritative, using AI for reasoning and assigning bounded tasks to specialized agents with human oversight.
